As American as they are, We never grew up eating whoopie pies. In our house, it was traditional cookies and maybe a cupcake or two thrown in for good measure. What IS a whoopie pie anyway? It’s a little bit cookie and a little bit cake with a layer of frosting on the inside. It’s a sandwich cookie of sorts, but the cookie is cakelike.
There are endless flavor possibilities with these pillowy treats and we thought, why not give them a try? See how some of our friends and clients like them?
We went for banana because we wanted a flavor that would stand out out its own and yet mix nicely with our dulce de leche cream cheese frosting layer. Success!
We’re thinking of offering a limited number of boxes of these, banana or other, depending on the interest. So tell us, is this something you’d like to see on the menu?

Our holiday baking schedule is PACKED. I mean, jam packed. And guess what? We couldn’t be happier about it! But if you didn’t get a chance to order for the holidays, fret not.

On range nos appareils, nos ingrédients et notre savoir faire…. mais uniquement pendant les fêtes! A partir du 23 décembre au 4 janvier inclus, nous ne préparerons aucune commande. Si vous souhaitez toute de même passer une commande pour une livraison/retrait à partir du 6 janvier, nous traiterons votre demande dès notre retour.
